b) company data, i.e. e-mail address, name, postal address and VAT number in order to issue an invoice and make settlements for the Administrator’s services provided on the Website, e. on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO. This data can be automatically retrieved from the CSO database after entering the VAT number;
c) your first name or “nickname”, i.e. a pseudonym, including an artistic pseudonym, optionally with your consent in order to identify you individually and to provide transparency in your study calendar i.e. on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) RODO
d) The employee’s name or pseudonym, abbreviated data characterising the employee, position, telephone number and role assignment (manager, tattoo artist, person with access to the calendar) in order to enable the organisation of the Service Recipient’s work on the site and the management of Client visits on the basis of the processing agreement concluded with the Service Recipient;
e) Name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, language of communication and medical data of Clients, as well as data related to the performance of services for the purpose of providing services by the Service Recipient under the concluded agreement on entrusting the processing of personal data, including special category data, concluded between the Service Recipient and the Administrator; At the same time, in connection with the functionalities of the Site, the Service Recipient is fully responsible for obtaining consents for the purpose of collecting medical data contained in the medical questionnaire, consent for notifications sent from the Site, consent for photographs of tattoos, marketing consents.
f) Name, telephone number and e-mail address of potential Clients in order for the Service Provider to provide services on the Site on the basis of the agreement on the entrustment of personal data processing between the Client and the Administrator.
g) IP address and Cookies and similar technologies in accordance with the provisions below on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO.
Logging in via Facebook (Meta)
The Service Recipient or User has the option of logging in to the Website via the Facebook account provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.
