Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is designed to provide you with information about how we collect, store and protect your personal information, including cookies. You will also learn about your rights. The Policy also implements the information obligation under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (RODO).

All data capitalized has the meaning given to it in the Terms of Service.

1. Who processes personal data?

The administrator of personal data is:

2. What personal data are processed and for what purposes and on what basis?

Personal data in the form of:

a) company e-mail address, telephone number, company name and country are processed for the purpose of registering and concluding a contract for the use of the Website or acting prior to its conclusion at the request of the data subject i.e. on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) RODO;

b) company data, i.e. e-mail address, name, postal address and VAT number in order to issue an invoice and make settlements for the Administrator’s services provided on the Website, e. on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO. This data can be automatically retrieved from the CSO database after entering the VAT number;

c) your first name or “nickname”, i.e. a pseudonym, including an artistic pseudonym, optionally with your consent in order to identify you individually and to provide transparency in your study calendar i.e. on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) RODO

d) The employee’s name or pseudonym, abbreviated data characterising the employee, position, telephone number and role assignment (manager, tattoo artist, person with access to the calendar) in order to enable the organisation of the Service Recipient’s work on the site and the management of Client visits on the basis of the processing agreement concluded with the Service Recipient;

e) Name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, language of communication and medical data of Clients, as well as data related to the performance of services for the purpose of providing services by the Service Recipient under the concluded agreement on entrusting the processing of personal data, including special category data, concluded between the Service Recipient and the Administrator; At the same time, in connection with the functionalities of the Site, the Service Recipient is fully responsible for obtaining consents for the purpose of collecting medical data contained in the medical questionnaire, consent for notifications sent from the Site, consent for photographs of tattoos, marketing consents.

f) Name, telephone number and e-mail address of potential Clients in order for the Service Provider to provide services on the Site on the basis of the agreement on the entrustment of personal data processing between the Client and the Administrator.

g) IP address and Cookies and similar technologies in accordance with the provisions below on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO.

Logging in via Facebook (Meta)

The Service Recipient or User has the option of logging in to the Website via the Facebook account provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

If this option is selected, we only access the data that has been previously approved by the Customer or User in the Facebook interface, in particular, these may be:

• name,
• e-mail address
• profile photo (if available),
• User ID (Facebook ID).

This data is only used to enable you to log in, create an account on the Website and provide access to Website functions. The data are not passed on or used for marketing purposes without your express consent.

The legal basis for the processing of this data is Article 6(1)(b) RODO (performance of a contract or pre-contractual action at the request of the data subject).

3. How long is personal data stored?

Personal data is processed and stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected or for the purpose of compliance with the law. Accordingly, the periods vary according to the purpose of the processing:

1. the data indicated in point 2 a) of this Policy shall be processed for the duration of the contract in the service and the period necessary to assert the necessary claims, i.e. no longer than 3 years after the end of the contract.
2. the data indicated under point 2 b) shall be processed for the period during which the settlements are made and the period thereafter necessary for the preservation of the tax documentation;
3. the data indicated under point 2 c) for the duration of your consent, until its withdrawal
